Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have over it. We collect as little as possible and never sell it.

Who is responsible

RivalityFX is published by the company named in our Legal Notice, which acts as the data controller for the processing described here.

What we collect

Early-access requests — the email address you enter in the form and, optionally, the name or community and message you add.

In-game and ranked statistics — match and round results tied to your FiveM identifier (a pseudonymous license id): kills, deaths, wins, losses and derived ratings. Part of this appears publicly on the leaderboard and player pages.

Connection data — the standard technical data needed to run a FiveM server and keep it secure.

Why we process it

Early-access requests: to reply and discuss licensing — based on your consent and the pre-contractual steps you ask for.

Statistics and rankings: to operate the competitive service and its public leaderboard — based on our legitimate interest in running a fair, ranked arena.

Security: to protect the service and its players against abuse — based on our legitimate interest.

Who can see it

Leaderboard and player-page statistics are public by design. Early-access details are not.

We use Google Cloud as our hosting and infrastructure provider, which processes data on its European infrastructure on our behalf. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Your language preference is carried in the URL, not in a tracking cookie.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access requests only as long as needed to handle them, and statistics for up to 36 months of inactivity, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to its processing — including removal from the public leaderboard.

Contact & complaints

To exercise your rights, email us at legal@rivalityfx.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
